Book your appointment

Pick the appointment that matches your roof and grab a time that works. Sales for a new roof or full estimate, service for a leak or repair, insurance for a hail or wind claim. Every visit is free and comes back to you in writing with photographs.

Three ways to book

Sales appointment

For a new roof, a re-roof, or a full estimate. We measure, inspect, photograph the roof and price the material options side by side so you can compare properly.

Best for

  • Roof is at the end of its life
  • You want replacement pricing and material options
  • Buying or selling a property and need the roof assessed
  • Gutters, trim or ventilation quoted with the roof

What to have ready: Property address, roof age if you know it, and any past roofing paperwork.

Time on site: Allow about 45 to 60 minutes on site.

Service appointment

For repairs, leaks and maintenance. We trace the leak to its source rather than patching the stain, then document what we found and what it takes to fix it.

Best for

  • Active leak or a water stain on the ceiling
  • Missing, cracked or lifted shingles or tiles
  • Flashing, vent or skylight leaks
  • Seasonal maintenance and gutter work

What to have ready: Where the water shows up inside, and when it started.

Time on site: Allow about 30 to 45 minutes on site.

Insurance appointment

For hail and wind claims. We document the damage the way an adjuster reads it, write the scope, and sit in on the adjuster meeting so items are not quietly left off.

Best for

  • Hail or wind storm hit your address
  • A claim is open and you need a contractor scope
  • An adjuster meeting is being scheduled
  • A claim was underpaid or partly denied

What to have ready: Carrier name, claim number if one exists, and the date of the storm.

Time on site: Allow about 45 minutes, longer if the adjuster attends.

What happens after you book

  1. 1. Pick the appointment type

Sales for replacement pricing, service for a leak or repair, insurance for a hail or wind claim. Choosing correctly means the right person arrives with the right equipment.

  2. 2. Choose your time

Pick a slot in the calendar for that appointment type, or call us and we will book it with you over the phone.

  3. 3. We inspect and document

We check deck, flashing, ventilation and drainage rather than just the surface, and photograph every area of concern.

  4. 4. Findings in writing, then you decide

A written summary with photographs, what is urgent, what can wait, and the options with prices. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.

Good to know

  • Service schedules are built around your property, roof type and access.
  • Spring and fall maintenance visits can be scheduled together.
  • Written documentation is provided for every visit.
  • Urgent leak? Call (303) 738-1032 instead of booking online so we can triage it.
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Weekends closed, though online booking stays open.

Common questions

Which appointment should I book?
Book sales if the roof needs replacing or you want a full estimate. Book service if there is a leak or a repair. Book insurance if hail or wind hit the property and a claim is involved. If you are unsure, call us and we will pick for you.
Does an appointment cost anything?
No. The inspection and the written findings are free, whether the outcome is a full replacement, a small repair, or nothing at all.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, because we can walk you through the photographs on the spot, but it is not required. We can send the findings instead.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the storm cycle. After a large hail event the queue is long across the whole Front Range, so book early rather than waiting.
Will you talk to my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, write the scope, and attend the adjuster meeting with you so items are not left off the claim.
